Helen became a co-opted Governor of Ripley School in January 2018 and has remained a Governor since the transition to a Federation. Helen lives in Ripley with her husband and has three children (the eldest previously attended Ripley Endowed School and the youngest are currently in pre-school). She is also Deputy Chair of Ripley Parish Council and enjoys playing an active role in village life. Helen has worked in the NHS for 20 years largely in a commissioning role being directly involved in the design, improvement and contracting of NHS services across all sectors. Helen has also previously worked in the third sector for a mental health charity. She has a keen interest in horse riding and supporting her husband with his farming commitments.

Helen was co-opted as Governor in January 2020. Helen is Managing Director for The LivingCare Group who provide clinical services across Yorkshire for NHS and Private patients. The group also includes medical and sport diagnostics as well as cosmetics arm, Skinfinity. Helen lives in Beckwithshaw with her husband, who works for the local church, and their daughter who attends Beckwithshaw Primary School. During her spare time helen enjoys spending time with her family, walking, the theatre and cinema and spending time with friends.

Georgina became a Co-opted governor in January 2019. She has three children who attend Ripley Endowed CE Primary School. Her family have strong links to Ripley as both her mother’s family and husband lived in the village and attended Ripley school. Georgina is a Primary school teacher and has enjoyed leading subjects such as Maths, PE and Computing. Georgina feels fortunate to be part of the Federation of Kettlesing Felliscliffe Community, Beckwithshaw Primary and Ripley Endowed CE School. She hopes to support the schools using her skills, knowledge and experience.

Chloe was elected as a Foundation Governor in 2017. Chloe works for the Diocese of Leeds, as PA to the Archdeacon of Richmond and Craven. Her son currently attends Ripley Endowed C of E primary school and her elder daughter was also a pupil before leaving for secondary school. Chloe enjoys playing an active part in school life and supporting the link between All Saints’ Church Ripley. In her spare time Chloe loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading and being part of Ripley church community

Kate was elected Parent Governor in 2020. Both her children attend Beckwithshaw School. Kate co chairs the Beckwithshaw's PTA team (Friends of Beckwithshaw School - FoBS) and is an enthusiastic team player when it comes to raising funds for the school. Her career as a PA saw her work within the Magic Circle Law Firms in both Corporate and Employment Law. Long hours are never a chore!
She now runs her own business working part time as a virtual PA to obtain flexibility and work/life balance.
In her spare time Kate also works closely with St Michaels and All Angels Church as a member of the PCC, a verger and a junior church team leader.
She has also recently discovered her love for camping!
